Join Emily and staff while we explore numerous machines in the Baby Lock lines. . . From the incredible self threading Ellisimo with the built in camera to the famous Baby Lock Jet Air Sergers. We’ll explore lots of updated techniques including decorative stitching, lateral stitching, pin tucks, monogramming, Trapunto, memory sequences, hoop quilting, embroidery, serger techniques and more. You’ll create 9 sampler blocks to take home to assemble. Finishing directions for a table topper like our sample will be provided. We’ll finish off the day with a demo on the Crown Jewel long arm/frame and of course. . . Snacks!!
Includes catered lunch by Culinary Creations, snacks, kit of materials including fabrics, stabilizers & threads for your sampler blocks AND A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

Boot Camp

Join us on Friday, July 16th, 10:00-4:30
Bring your serger and spend a day at boot camp.
Join Emily for a full day of learning in this hands on workshop.
Create a notebook of techniques while exploring a wide variety of serger feet and functions from flat locking, rolled edge, decorative thread play, purse handles, belt loops, ruffles & LOTS more. You will learn all about the wonderful things that can be done with your serger. Have a fun day out.
We’ll cater in lunch (we promise no bread/water!)

Spend a day at the shop with your embroidery machine

Crazy Patch Ruffled Pillow
Let’s use those wonderful stitches, fonts & features of your sewing/embroidery machine. Spend a whole day exploring what it can do while designing a crazy patch pillow!
