We are happy to assist you with the servicing of your Baby Lock or Pfaff machine.
Please call Quilter's Attic to set up an appointment for your sewing machine servicing. 845-744-5888
We will assign you a date for servicing. You may bring your machine on the assigned date or before.
Servicing generally takes less than 2 weeks. It could be longer if parts are needed to be ordered.

If you are thinking of trading in your sewing machine or serger we offer a trade-in and trade-up program.
Tips to prepare for your machine service.
Make a note of anything you would like specifically addressed at your service appointment.If you are bringing your SEWING MACHINE please bring the following:
- Sewing Machine!
- Power Cord
- Foot Control (even if you don't use it)
- Zig Zag Throat Plate (we cannot properly service if you send a straight-stitch plate)
- Standard Pressor Foot to stitch straight and decorative stitches (we cannot properly test if you send a single hole foot)
- Thread
- Bobbin
- Bobbin Case
- Needle
- Cover (helpful, but not required)
If you are bringing your SERGER please bring the following:
- Serger!
- Power Cord/Foot Control
- Standard Pressor Foot
- 4 Cones of Serger Thread
- 4 Cone Holder
- 2 Needles
- Cover (helpful, but not required)
Things to leave home:
- Manual
- Accessory Tray
- Any accessories not listed above.
- Luggage (of course you can bring your machine in the rolling luggage but we will send it home with you)
